 Customer Service 

Standard shipping
 
UPS Ground is our standard shipping method and the one we will choose unless quicker delivery is necessary.  UPS Ground normally takes 3-10 business days, depending where you are located. We ship to the 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are by 2nd Day or Next Day only.   We do not ship internationally.

Next day, two day or three day shipping

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. We can ship Next Day Air, 2 Day or 3 Day delivery. You will be given the option to choose the shipping method of your choice at the end of the checkout process with our secure shopping cart.  Shipping options and costs will then be displayed.

Restrictions

Someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign if a package contains any alcoholic products and we will not sell or ship alcohol to anyone under the age of 21.

Arrival time

All orders are typically filled and shipped 1-2 days after ordering.  Approximate transit times are typically 1-2 business days within a 250 mile radius of Sacramento, California.  For other orders shipped to the west coast it typically takes 2-3 business days.  For the central US allow 3-5 business days and for the East Coast 5-7 business days .

Perishable product

We only ship perishable products with expedited shipping to insure timeliness of arrival for product freshness.  Some perishable products are only shipped in ice packs and a small additional charge applies.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will still incur shipping charges if the package has been shipped to the address provided by the customer.  If an error was made on our part, then we will reship to the correct address at no extra charge to the customer.  If the customer refuses to accept a package a shipping charge will still be incurred.

Returns

We accept returns on nonperishable items that are in their original saleable condition only.  Shipping charges will be refunded only if an error has been made on our part.  Items no longer in their original condition will only be accepted for refund or replacement if they are defective.  No shipping charges will be incurred to replace defective items. 

For gift items that are being returned, credit will go only to the party that originally purchased the gift. 

Sales tax

Sales tax applies to all non-food items and alcoholic beverages shipped anywhere in California. 

Methods of payment

We honor Mastercard, VISA, Discover (with phone orders only), money orders and cashier checks.
